With over a decade of experience in the finance industry, Brittney Baldridge brings a
wealth of knowledge and expertise to our School Advisory Board. At First Insurance
Funding, a subsidiary of Wintrust, Brittney honed her skills in finance and team
development. Passionate about mentoring and leadership, Brittney transitioned into
human resources, focusing on executive coaching to nurture and guide future leaders.
In her pursuit of making a broader impact, Brittney joined the Archdiocese of Chicago as
a Business Manager. This position allowed her to integrate her financial acumen with a
deep sense of purpose, contributing to the mission of her faith. Her passion for
mentoring, leadership, and service defines her contributions to our school advisory
board, where she is dedicated to fostering a nurturing and spiritually enriching
environment for our community. Brittney and her husband (Donovan) have four children
and live in Lake Forest. In her free time, she is an avid reader, loves to host events,
enjoys a round of golf with Donovan and the kids, and a nice Sunday around the pool.
