Mrs. Sabau has joined as our Office Manager for the 2024-2025 school year. Prior to joining East Lake Academy, Mrs. Sabau managed a doctor’s office where she was responsible for the entire operations and support staff. Mrs. Sabau started her career as an RN and later managed a blood center for almost two decades. As a blood bank center manager, Mrs. Sabau was constantly recognized as a high achiever and problem solver, demonstrating both empathy and compassion in dealing with people.
Mrs. Sabau lives in Deerfield with her husband and their three children. In her spare time, she loves cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
