Middle School

Why choose East Lake Academy for your Middle Schooler?

The middle school years are the time in which values and habits that form the foundation of your child’s adult character begin to take shape. As a private Catholic school, we provide a balanced and academically challenging curriculum that helps to nurture individual responsibility, self-discipline and a sense of purpose which are crucial for success in high school and beyond. East Lake Academy uses its unique model of integral formation, built on the foundation of our Academic, Character, Faith and Apostolic pillars, to develop the whole person. By thoroughly cultivating each of these four pillars, your child is prepared for future success and given the foundation necessary to grow into a strong, confident person of character and integrity. Our middle school students are challenged to become the leaders of the school and strong, Christian role models for their younger peers.

Most importantly, our East Lake students learn to discern the truth in everything they do and to recognize that our Catholic faith is the source of truth. East Lake Academy embraces and proclaims, unapologetically, the fullness of the Catholic faith as contained in the magisterium and tradition of the church. Above all, our students will learn to know, love and serve God and to develop a relationship with Our Lord.

“Before our children started at East Lake Academy, we felt lost. Our children were spending seven plus hours a day, five days a week, in an environment that rewarded academic mediocrity and embraced cultural trends that ran counter to our Catholic values.   Upon driving up to the school for our tour with, we felt apprehension. Upon leaving we felt only conviction that this was where our boys would flourish.  The teachers were passionate about teaching, making it clear this was not a job, rather a vocation.  The students were happy, hardworking and respectful, both in presentation and through their actions.  The administrators were passionate about staying true to their mission; supportive of all teachers and students.  East Lake Academy embodied our vision for our boys’ education.”
