Dan Christoffel is a co-founder and Partner of American Working Capital, a merchant banking investment firm focused on partnering with privately-held middle market companies addressing ownership transition and growth capital needs. Prior to AWC, he was an investment professional at The Yucaipa Companies, a large investment fund. Previously, Mr. Christoffel was a Vice President with Duff & Phelps, LLC where he focused on providing investment banking and transaction advisory services to middle market companies. He received a BS in both Economics and Human Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. Dan also serves on the boards of the Willows Academy, Concord Maritime, and Salva Terra Holdings. He and his wife Graziella (Tita) have ten children, six of whom are currently enrolled at the Academy.
