Señorita Jessica Uriostegui received her bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Secondary Education from Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa. Señorita Uriostegui was an active member of her university’s Union Latnix group on campus where she was the treasurer. She was also an active member of her university’s sorority Phi Omega where she held a variety of positions, but made sure to give back to her community and those in need as the main priority. Having been an active member of her church community at Most Blessed Trinity in Waukegan, Illiniois, Señorita Uriostegui is excited to share her love of God and Spanish with her students. Señorita Uriostegui is excited to introduce new experiences to her students and to cultivate and foster the love for the Spanish language.
